• What would the cost be for an office cleaning in LaSalle, (3 floors) once a week?

• Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Montreal is looking for a cleaning company.

  The scope of expected works:

  1. Regular cleaning of office space (twice a week) – dusting the furniture in five office rooms and in the reception room, emptying the waste bins and shredders, cleaning two toilets, vacuum cleaning of five office rooms, staircase, halls and the reception room, washing the floors in five office rooms and in the reception room.

  We asses that regular cleaning would take not more than 2 hours daily.

  2. Additional cleaning after receptions held in the Consulate – vacuum cleaning and washing the floors in the reception rooms and halls, washing the tablecloths, cleaning two toilets and kitchen, emptying the waste bins.

  Annually we hold about 40-50 such receptions.

  3. Additional cleaning in the guest house of the Consulate – vacuum cleaning and dusting in two guest rooms and a corridor, emptying the waste bins, washing the bedding and towels, cleaning a kitchen and a toilet, cleaning the refrigerator.

  Monthly we expect to have 2 visitors in our guest house.

  The works should be completed during the standard working hours of the Consulate (Monday-Friday, 8:15 am till 4:15 pm), under the supervision of the employee of the Consulate. In case of regular cleaning services the hours of cleaning will be agreed with a chosen company in advance, in case of cleaning services of reception rooms and guest house – the hours of cleaning will be agreed on case by case bases, after the reception or a visit in a guest house. The Consulate will provide all necessary household chemicals and equipment (including washing and drying machines).

  If your company is interested in completing those works please send us your quote no later than by Friday, November 9th (end of the day). Please send us the separate quotes for regular cleaning services (for an hour of work), cleaning services of the reception rooms (total, for one cleaning) and for cleaning services of guest house (total, for one cleaning).
